The contents of this Shop are directed at and mean’t for the use of consumers who access the website within the United Kingdom (hereafter referred to as UK).
Cedar Tots do not represent any item or product referred to in the contents shown by us as appropriate for use outside of the UK. Those who choose to access this site from locations outside of the UK are responsible for the compliance with their respective local laws.
Provided that an order is placed by 1pm the item(s) wil be shipped that same day (see ‘Delivery’ paragraph). All orders placed after 1pm will be sent on the next working day.
Cedar Tots aim to deliver your item within 48hrs of cleared payment. If items are purchased at the weekend, they will be despatched on the Monday following that weekend. In circumstances whereby goods might be delayed, you will be notified by email. At this point we can either arrange for the goods to be delivered at a later date or refund you in full for the cost of the items ordered.
All items purchased for delivery to non-mainland UK, including Northern Ireland will be subject to further shipping charges. Please contact Cedar Tots for charge rates.
If purchaser is not in at time of delivery, the courier delivering item(s) will leave a card to inform how to arrange a time to re-deliver. If purchaser is repeatedly un-available to accept delivery, the item(s) will be returned to Cedar Tots. In the event of this happening, any additional shipping charges incurred by Cedar Tots will be passed on to the purchaser. Once the additional charges have been paid by the purchaser, items will be delivered again.
In the event of items damaged during delivery, please contact Cedar Tots with your User ID and item number. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of item. Damaged items reported within the said 24 hours will be collected free of charge. Please fill contact us form here.
Cedar Tots will refund or exchange any items within 7 days ONLY of purchase that is found to be unsuitable. Contact Cedar Tots by email with user ID and reason for return, for exchange procedure.
Products to be returned must be unused and still in complete original packaging. All booklets and instructions must be included
Item(s) must be received by Cedar Tots within four days of authorisation for return. Click here to fill in return authorisation form .
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs for item(s) returned.
If item(s) are found to be used or unsuitable for resale on receipt by Cedar Tots, refund will not be issued and item will only be returned to purchaser once shipping costs are paid.
Cedar Tots guarantees all products for 6 months from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated) subject to inspection. Any manufacturing faults should be reported by email to Cedar Tots.
Items with manufacturing faults will be replaced within 28 days of purchase. If the item is not available, you will be offered an equivalent product or refunded in full, subject to collection and inspection by Cedar Tots.
In the event of manufacturing faults shown after the 28 day period from purchase, Cedar Tots will repair the item or send spare parts free of charge.
Product Guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. If the item is returned to Cedar Tots and found to be damaged by accident , misuse or neglect by the purchaser, a charge will be raised by Cedar Tots to the Purchaser to cover courier costs.
The items sold on this site are tested and passed to UK and EU safety standards. However, Cedar Tots are not responsible for any discomfort or injury caused by the use of the products on this site other than as explained on the instructions of use supplied with the item.
